Annie Dimond, on The Enneagram for Intelligent Conflict, then your Sounding Board
October 19 @ 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Join us to hear from our speaker in the morning and share challenges with peers after lunch.
Honest and healthy organisations know that they can never avoid conflicts, especially where people are inter-dependent upon one another, invested in both the process and outcomes of working together. In this session, Annie Dimond will facilitate an exploration of conflict using the Enneagram of Personality, a tool that helps us to perceive nine patterns in motivation, fixation, and behaviour in our engagements with ourselves, our work, and our teams. Scaffolded by this tool, we will explore different experiences of
and narratives about conflict, and what can be learned from them in order to move towards a more richly intelligent engagement with conflict.
Annie is a certified teacher in The Narrative Enneagram . She teaches and coaches individuals and groups, as well as supervises certifying practitioners through her practice, Enneagram for Wholeness . Alongside her professional work, she is pursuing a PhD in ethics, studying chaplaincies in large institutions, as well as psychological tool use in a “technological age.” She is from the United States, but is happy to say that Scotland has become a home away from home.
