Chris Paton, on Business Wargaming, then your Sounding Board
October 20 @ 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Join us to hear from our speaker in the morning and share challenges with peers after lunch.
Wargaming, developed by the military, stress tests plans, to identify where risks lie, where contingency plans need to be considered, and where opportunities exist. It simulates how conditions will develop over time, stakeholder interdependencies, their reactions and likely outcomes. It is a crucial aid in bringing even the smallest of teams closer together and inspiring them to achieve breakthrough results. Wargaming is engaging, enjoyable, stimulating and involves a wide cross-section of the staff in the business. This session focuses on using wargaming to achieve successful business outcomes.
