As a group we have developed an agreed way we work together.

1. We maintain absolute confidentiality
2. We listen openly and neutrally, question candidly and directly; we share our experience, knowledge and advice
3. We never sell, though we may buy
4. We are responsible for our own learning and hold each other accountable
5. We start on time
6. We fine those who’s mobile disturbs us
7. We call for a time-out where we believe a speaker is not delivering top value
8. We express ourselves frankly using professional language
9. We attend every forum possible, and send a substitute when we cannot
10. We own our forum; who belongs and how it works. We each invite new members to join us.
